Hopkins County Environmental Quality is the office for environmental issues associated with Hopkins
County. This office reviews plans for sub-division development, on-site sewage facilities (septic
systems), litter abatement and other issues related to our environment.
The employees of Hopkins County Environmental Quality are public servants whose
responsibilities and authorities are derived from the laws of the people of Texas.
